Lifestance primary packaging, including empty hard wax bead bags, outer cartons, wax kit packaging, applicator packaging, and empty pre-wax or post-wax care bottles, is eligible for our recycling program.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used wax beads, wax residue, used applicator sticks, used wax collars, silicone liners, opened liquids with remaining product, electrical wax warmers, sample sizes, and any items that are not fully emptied are not eligible.
Waxing kits count as one full-size product, and all eligible empty packaging from the kit must be returned together to qualify.
Please make sure all eligible Lifestance packaging is completely empty, clean, and dry before sending it in for recycling. Remove any remaining wax, product residue, or liquid from the packaging whenever possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, please do not return used wax beads, wax residue, used applicator sticks, used wax strips, wax collars, silicone liners, or any electrical wax warmers.
If you are returning packaging from a waxing kit, please include all eligible empty packaging from the kit together so it can be properly reviewed and processed.
Yes. While we require a minimum of 5 eligible empty Lifestance packaging items to qualify for the $25 e-gift card, you may send more than 5 if you wish.
Please note that the maximum e-gift card allotment for our recycling program is $25 per customer per month.
Your e-gift card will be sent by email within 10 business days after your eligible empty packaging has been received and verified by our team.
The recycling e-gift card does not expire and can be used toward your next purchase on Lifestancewax.com.
Our recycling program is currently only open to customers located in the continental United States.
